Made in collaboration with our neighbour, Volt Café Brûlerie, this coffee will delight lovers of the mild method as well as espresso drinkers who love complexity. The Wadessa coffee is harvested in the Dambi Uddo forest, which is characterised by an exceptional ecological diversity with the presence of numerous tree species. The Wadessa, which gives its name to this coffee, is a slow-growing tree that can reach 25m and whose shade is favourable to coffee trees. The natural coffee produced here offers original fruity notes. By enhancing the value of this forest coffee, our teams wish to preserve the agroforestry model specific to Dambi Uddo, of which the coffee trees are an essential element.
