The German Shorthaired Retriever, known in his home country as Deutscher Kurzhaariger Vorstehhund, is a hunting dog of the 7th group. Balanced, lively, very loyal to his master, loves playing with children, his need of exercise makes it difficult to tolerate apartment life, temperature and time doesn't matter. He's almost 25 inch for male and 22 for female, his weight is approximatively 30 kg.
