The Evolution Era
In the early days of surfing’s Evolution Era, George Greenough, Bob McTavish, Nat Young, Kevin Brennan, Ted Spencer & Wayne Lynch, amongst others were the key members that ignited what will be called later the "shortboard revolution" that spanned from roughly 1966 to 1971.
These guys were developing and riding boards that were thought to be radical deviations from what as procured back then. They were constantly creating, destroying and redefining what « good surfing » could be. This period inspired some of our boards designs like the Vee Bottom.
