Daniel Johnston is a musician, singer, songwriter and a great artist. He is recognized as the "inventor" of the Lo-Fi music wich will influence Nirvana, Sonic Youth and many other great bands. He has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder but it is so moving to see him sing his songs. His lyrics are naives but so deep and true, that makes him one of the most important songwriter in the underground scene. Here is a live of "Life in Vain" first published on his record "FUN" in 1994.
